We teamed up with Arfitect’s software team to create a platform that redefines the daily work experience for thousands of employees. Inspired by the familiar vertical feed structure from social media, we designed an engaging interface featuring rich content streams with photos and videos. The intuitive navigation system is structured around users’ mental models, providing smart search functionality, social dynamics, and practical information in a seamless, user-friendly way.

Going beyond standard responsive design, we crafted tailored experiences for both desktop and mobile. The mobile version prioritizes quick access to information and seamless chatbot support, making the office accessible from anywhere. To enhance social connections and engagement, we introduced features like reactions, announcements, event modules, and customizable themes, allowing users to personalize their digital workspace and strengthen team bonds even in a digital environment.
